How many square feet are in a square meter?

One square meter is about 10.764 sq ft. One square foot is exactly 0.09290304 m².

How does an acre compare with a hectare?

An acre is 4,046.86 m², about 0.405 ha. One hectare (10,000 m²) is roughly 2.471 acres.

What is a pyeong?

A traditional floor-area unit still used for homes in Korea, equal to 400/121 m² (about 3.306 m²). Japan uses the same size under the name tsubo.
