How to use

  1. Choose a quick setup such as Tabata, or type your own work and rest times in seconds and the number of rounds.
  2. Add a warm-up if you need a moment to get into position, and a cool-down to finish. Leave them at 0 to skip them.
  3. Press “Start” and the phases run on their own. Short beeps mark the last three seconds of each phase and a longer tone marks every switch.
  4. The screen turns red for work and green for rest, so you can read it from across the room. Your setup is saved in the page address for bookmarking.

FAQ

What is a Tabata workout?

Tabata is a high-intensity interval format: 20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times for four minutes. Press “Tabata” under Quick setups to load it.

What happens if my phone screen turns off?

While the timer runs, supported browsers keep the screen awake. If the screen still locks or you switch to another app, beeps may come late or not at all.

Is there a rest after the last round?

No. After the final work interval the timer goes straight to the cool-down, or finishes if the cool-down is set to 0.
