Email Extractor — Extract Email Addresses from Text

Paste any text and only the email addresses are collected.

Your text and files never leave your browser — nothing is sent to a server.

How to use

  1. Paste an email thread, spreadsheet column or web page text into the box.
  2. Each address found appears on its own line, with the count underneath.
  3. Switch the separator to comma or semicolon to paste straight into a recipients field.
  4. Turn on the “[at]” option to also catch addresses written as name [at] example [dot] com.

FAQ

How are duplicates handled?

Addresses that differ only in letter case count as duplicates, and the first one is kept. Turn on “Lowercase” to make them all lowercase.

Can I send marketing emails to the addresses I find?

Check the law first. Rules such as the GDPR in Europe often require prior consent, and the US CAN-SPAM Act sets strict requirements. Use this tool to organize contacts you already have.

Is the pasted text stored?

No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.
