    How to use

    Is it safe to resize private photos?

    Yes. Images are processed only inside your browser and never uploaded. Nothing is kept after you close the page.

    Does resizing reduce the file size?

    Usually, yes — fewer pixels means a smaller file. To shrink it further, save as JPG or WebP with slightly lower quality, or use the image compressor as well.

    Will enlarging a small image make it sharper?

    No. Details that aren’t in the original can’t be created, so enlarged images look softer. Turn on “Don’t enlarge smaller images” to prevent upscaling.
